All packages will require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available then you will need to pick up the package from your local post office. Packages that are unclaimed will be returned to our warehouse at the customers expense.

Yes. Typically all medications are shipped at once from our contracted pharmacies. If one items within an order is delayed, you will be notified to provide consent to split the order. This means that your delayed medication will arrive at a later date. Your card will receive an additional charge however it will not exceed the original order amount.

If medications are shipped from two different contracted pharmacy’s then your orders will be shipped separately.

The reason why medication is cheaper in Canada is due to government drug price regulation. A review board decides whether the pricing is reasonable to ensure that Canadians can afford their needed medication. As a result, drug manufacturers cannot significantly raise prices. Through PharmaGiant, Americans can get access to medication at significantly lower prices.

PharmaGiant.com does not allow for ordering or shipment of controlled pharmaceuticals or narcotics. If we feel our patients may be placing an order with intentions for drug abuse, we reserve the right to decline their order.

If you have provided a legitimate US address and your order is not received within 2-4 weeks, the contracted pharmacy will reship your medication. If you choose to not have your medication reshipped, we can also apply a credit to your account for the full amount.

When you order through PharmaGiant, we take our deliveries seriously to ensure that medication integrity is maintained so that when it arrives it is safe for use. Medications that require to be kept cool such as insulin are shipped in thermal boxes with gel packs. Products that require only room temperature are shipped in ordinary boxes to keep them safe during transport.

Unfortunately, our contracted pharmacies cannot accept returns even if the package is sealed due to legal restrictions. Please call our toll-free number or speak with one of our customer care representatives via chat if you are dissatisfied with our medication(s) and we will try our best to address your concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept American insurance since we are a foreign pharmacy. However, we do require a prescription and will issue a receipt which can be submitted to your insurance company for re-imbursement.
