Find your medication by using clicking the search icon at the top of the website and entering its name
Once you select the correct medication and strength, click “Buy” to add to your cart
Have more than one medication to add? That’s easy. Simply select “Continue shipping” and adding items to your cart

Remember: PharmaGiant.com carries more than just insulin. We also offer OTC products and supplies. Find everything you need in search.

Step 2: Complete Your Secure Checkout

Once your cart is complete, select “Continue checkout”
Enter your contact details, payments details and address information
- New to our site? You’ll need to create an account with your email and a password of your choosing Remember to save 10% on your first order using coupon code PGSAVE10
- Existing customer? Log in with your email address and password
When everything is filled in, click “Submit.” A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Step 3: Upload or Send us Your Prescription

You can upload your prescription three easy ways:
- Upload directly on the website after you’ve placed your order using the RX document uploader tool
- Email us a clear scanned copy or photograph of your prescription to info@pharmagiant.com
- Fax it to us at 1-888-562-8159.
If your order does not contain any prescription medications, you’re all set! Your order can be processed without any additional documentation.

Note: If your prescription is not on file when we process your prescription order, our team will contact you directly to ensure that you send it to us.

Step 4: Wait for Your Order to Arrive

Once a pharmacist has reviewed your order, it will be sent for Express delivery using Canada Post
A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track its path from our pharmacy to your front door

Need a Refill?

Some medications are prescribed by your doctor with multiple fills.

If we still have some refills left on file from your previous prescriptions, you are able to create your order online and submit it to us without sending a copy of your prescription.
