  • 300 mg Dose: Withdraw 1 mL from each of the three vials and inject a total 3 mL into the saline bag.

Prepare Vyepti using clean and sterile methods.

Use infusion bags made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Polyethylene (PE), or Polyolefin (PO) materials. Mix the solution by gently turning the bag, but don’t shake it.

Administration Instructions

  • Check the solution for particles or discoloration before use. Do not use it if you see any.
  • Infuse Vyepti over about 30 minutes with an infusion set that has a 0.2 or 0.22 micron in-line or add-on sterile filter.
  • Do not mix Vyepti with other medications or administer through the same infusion set.
  • After the infusion, flush the line with 20 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, USP.

Storage Information

Store Vyepti in its original carton in the refrigerator at a temperature between 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) to protect it from light. Do not freeze or shake the vial. The vial stopper is not made with natural rubber latex.
